What’s your research about?

I study birds, primarily ecology and population biology, and also some disease ecology

What’s your favorite thing about Stone Lab?

I like the setting. There is a relaxed feel to the place, which is ironic, given the incredibly fast pace of the courses. I also like the opportunity to work in such a laid-back atmosphere where field experiences are central.

What are your hobbies?

Reading, birding

Something interesting about you?

You may see me running around South Bass most mornings as the sun comes up.
