Perry’s Cave Family Fun Center offers a variety of family friendly activities, including Perry’s Cave, miniature golf, gemstone mining, climbing wall. You can also take a walk through the Butterfly House, sample some history at the antique car museum, or find your way at Fort aMAZE’n.
Founded in 1888, Heineman’s Winery survived Prohibition by selling unfermented grape juice and tours of Crystal Cave, the world’s largest geode located 40 feet below the winery. Both are available for tours today, still under ownership of the Heineman family.
Rent a kayak for a day and explore Put-in-Bay or set out for a nearby island. Guided tours are also available, including one featuring Gibraltar Island.
See a variety of historical island souvenirs and artifacts or search the genealogy database. The museum also hosts events throughout the summer, including an auction, tours, an Island Wine Festival, and a Nature Camp for children.
